Rates quoted are payable only in US Dollars 20% VAT & Service charge are inclusive in the rates Rates quoted based on per room per night Rates are based on bed and breakfast basis

CHILDREN

• Children under 3 yrs (sharing with 2 fully paid adults ) - No Charge
• Children 3 – 12 yrs (sharing with 1 fully paid adult) - 100% of adult rate
• Children 3 – 12 yrs (sharing with 2 fully paid adult) - 50% of adult rate
• Children 3 – 12 yrs ( occupying own room) -75% of adult rate

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME

Check in time: - 11.30 AM Check out time: - 10:00 AM Late checkout can be arranged in advance and is subject to room availability. 50% of rate will be applicable for late check out. However the room should be vacated by 4.00pm

SEASONAL SURCHARGES

Easter supplement of US$ 20 per person per night will be applicable from Good Friday through Easter Monday inclusive. Christmas & New Year Eve supplement of US$ 35 per person per night as of 24th December to 2nd of January inclusive.

BOOKING PROCEDURES (ALL BOOKINGS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION)

RESERVATIONS

Note that, reservation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Telephone or oral booking(s) / Reservations should be confirmed in writing within 48hours.

Provisional Bookings

Provisional bookings will be held as follows:

• 91 days + prior to arrival 45 days
• From 61 days to 90 days prior to arrival 30 days
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival 15 days

Confirmation of the bookings

Confirmation of booking is subject to the receipt of payments as follow:

1. 61 days + prior to arrival 20% of reservation value
2. From 31 days to 60 days prior to arrival 50% of reservations value
3. Less than 30 days prior to arrival 100% of reservation value.

CANCELLATION

1. For bookings cancelled between 45 and 14 days from noon on the date of arrival, 35% of reservation Value will be charged.
2. In case of cancellation within 14 days and 7 days from noon of the date of arrival, 75% of reservation value will be charged.
3. For any cancellations less than 7 days including “No Show” 100% reservation value will be charged.

PAYMENT:

Payment can be by cheque, cash or bank transfer. It is advisable to directly deposit payments to our bank account.

VARIATION

1. Rates are inclusive of all Government taxes, levies and service charges.
2. Rates are subject to availability and can change without prior notice. However, every effort will be made to maintain the rate. In the event of a change in Government Taxes or Levies affecting the rates mentioned herein, EQUITANZ RESORTS reserves the right to pass on any increases.
